With three large and well-stocked warehouses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, we aim to never be out of stock on any of the items that we have for sale.
Sometimes we have limited stock of our Hot Specials. In this case, as stock runs out in a warehouse, we are obliged to ship from a warehouse other than the closest warehouse to you. In this case it can add another day to delivery time.
To keep our prices low, in the rare event that we sell out all our stock in all three warehouses, we would not create a backorder. This means we would only ship what product we have on the shelves.
Should such an event happen, we would only charge your credit card with the value of the items shipped plus the delivery charge should it be applicable.
