How can I pay for my order?

OfficeRocket
TMonly accepts credit card payments for orders. Your credit card will not receive a charge for the order until the items are shipped from our warehouse, although the amount of the order will be reserved on your credit card account from the moment you place the order until it is shipped. In the unlikely event that we can not immediately ship all of your order, we will only charge for the items that we can ship. If, for any reason, we need to issue a credit, we do not need your credit card details to undertake that transaction. (Rest assured, we do not need to store your credit card number in order to pass a credit.)

Is my credit card information secure?

OfficeRocket
TM does not store your credit card details. A high strength encryption facility on your computer converts your credit card details into a format that currently is thought to be impossible to break into. The card details are sent to the OfficeRocketTM server which forwards them securely to the banking network. Your credit card will not receive a charge for the order until the items are shipped from our warehouse, although the amount of the order will be reserved on your credit card account from the moment you place the order until it is shipped. In the unlikely event that we can not immediately ship all of your order, we will only charge for the items that we can ship. If, for any reason, we need to issue a credit, we do not need your credit card details to undertake that transaction. (Rest assured, we do not need to store your credit card number in order to pass a credit.)

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ensure that the OfficeRocket
TM range is always in stock in all of our warehouses (Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch) and we staff our warehouses from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. This means that if you order before 5.00 p.m. on any business day, for most parts of New Zealand, your order will normally arrive on the next business day. If you order after 5.00 p.m. on any business day, or on a weekend or public holiday, your order will normally arrive within two business days.

Sometimes we have limited stock of our Hot Specials. In this case, as stock runs out in a warehouse, we are obliged to ship from a warehouse other than the closest warehouse to you. In this case it can add another day to delivery time.

How much does delivery cost?

If your order total does not include a printer and is over $50.00 exclusive of GST, there is no charge for handling and delivery.
If your order total is under $50.00 exclusive of GST and does not include a printer, there is a $6.67 plus GST charge for handling and delivery.
A small delivery charge of $6.50 plus GST is made for each printer ordered. Because we have warehouses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, we can charge this low fee for next business day delivery to all parts of New Zealand.

We only deliver within New Zealand.

Can I return an item if it is not what I wanted?

On occasion people buy the wrong item or on very rare occasions we deliver an item which is not what was ordered.


If you notify us within 14 days, goods can be returned provided that we authorise the return and provided they are in a saleable condition and unopened with no damage to the product outers.


You may request an authorisation to return goods by emailing
returns@officerocket.co.nzor by calling our Customer Services Team on 0800 234 432.

Returned goods will only be accepted if the return request is agreed to by OfficeRocket
TM and each carton has the OfficeRocketTM generated Return Advice Number affixed.

If OfficeRocket
TM agrees to accept the return of the goods, you will be faxed a Return Advice Number document. Please attach a copy of this document securely to the outside of each carton or parcel prior to giving it to a courier. The goods must be in a saleable condition and unopened with no damage to the product outers. Please do not write on the product outers or attach documents directly to them. Instead, please either wrap the items to make a parcel or pack them in a carton.

The goods must be couriered (at your risk) to the warehouse address indicated on the return authorisation.
Return freight will be at Office Rocket’s cost only when there has been an error on Office Rocket’s part.

What if I need to make a warranty claim?

Sales of goods on OfficeRocket
TM are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Trade which you can view by clicking here. Amongst other things, this document covers the Consumer Guarantees Act.

You should keep your invoice as proof of purchase in case you wish to make a claim in the future.
The only warranty offered by OfficeRocketTM is a manufacturer’s warranty accompanying the goods should one exist. To make a warranty claim, please email helpdesk@officerocket.co.nzor call the helpdesk from 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. except for weekends and public holidays on 0800 234 432.
